To reclaim your energy you must become aware of the beliefs and emotions that seem to run your life, and then question their validity. When you start to see that your beliefs about yourself are not the absolute truth, you begin to experience increasing joy, a sense of freedom and health.

1. Acknowledging that I am upset

(it’s my experience NOW, arising within my awareness, no resistance or desire for wanting it differently)


2. Feeling my feelings

(being aware of feelings helps me to get me out of the

confusion in my head into the wisdom of my heart)


3. Uncovering my interpretations

(data from past memories or future anticipation,

thoughts based on fear and guilt, I choose to let them go)


4. Discovering Who I AM

(I am the light of pure knowing, open, aware presence) 


5. Reclaiming my energy

(past/future thoughts are fear/guilt based, I choose to let

thoughts based on love and understanding arise)


6. Cultivating a sense of gratitude

(I thank my experience for showing up, it gives me another opportunity to practise and choose again)
